About the application
What documents are required for application?
For Japanese customers, you can use your “driver’s license” or “My Number Card” as your ID. For foreign customers, please submit your “Residence Card” as confirmation of your period of stay is required. You must present your “My Number Card” when remittance. If your current address is different from the address on your ID, please submit supplementary documents such as utility bills.
For applications, we accept applications via the mobile app or by post.
Can non-members also apply for remittance?
Even non-members can apply for transactions of 100,000 yen or less.
About remittance procedures
How long does it take to remit?
It takes about 5 to 30 minutes. You can apply with confidence even if you are in a hurry.
How much is the remittance fee?
The remittance fee is 500 yen for up to 50,000 yen, 1,000 yen for 50,001 yen to 300,000 yen, and 2,000 yen for 300,001 yen to 500,000 yen. It is very cheap compared to overseas remittances through banks, etc.
What is the remittance limit?
You can apply for up to 1 million yen per day, but the maximum amount you can send at one time is 500,000 yen.
Can I cancel after applying for remittance?
You can cancel the remittance after applying. However, please note that a certain fee will be charged for cancellation.
